No it won't.as long as they r tight around your wrist and none of the cleaning stuff gets inside the gloves. I don't think it ruin your manicure; the gloves should help protect it. However, if you have some cotton gloves, put those on first, then the plastic gloves as plastic gloves can sometimes dry out your hands, especially the skin around the nails.
