How do I do manicure at home?
Before you start applying coats, follow these steps:

1. Wash your hands with a moisturizing soap, not the deoderant kind, otherwise this will strip the moisture out of your nails, causing them to crack

2. Apply hand lotion

3. Split open a calcium pill and rub the goo on your nails

4. make sure you have no residue left on your nails

Apply these coats in order:

1. nail toner - usually looks like a clear watery liquid

2. base coat

3. polish

4. top coat
soak your hands and clean your nails good, file them smooth and paint with a base coat, then a top coat ..........that is what I do...........
Take old polish off of your nails and soak your hands or finger tips in warm soapy water for a few minutes. Scrub your fingernails with a brush. Push back your cuticles lightly if you want but don't cut them. (some people do but that puts you at risk for infections) Put a lotion or cuticle cream on your nails and rub it or let it sit for a few minutes. Wash your hands with soap and then apply a base coat. Paint your nails whatever color you want and then finish with a top coat. Voila!
