i have one of those hand dipping wax baths, but i never use it because it takes FOREVER to heat up and doesn't work that well. as soon as you wash your hands again, they are back to normal! its a waste of money.Pedicures and Manicures At Home?
to make ur skin soft try to use lotion or hand cream,for the foot try to use vaseline or petroleum jelly
