Please give some tips on doing manicure at home.?

1.Remove any old nail polish with nail polish remover. Pour some remover onto a ball of cotton wool and put it on your nails for a moment. The nail polish can then be removed with a few strokes.

2. Shape your nails with a nail file. File in one direction only, moving from corners to centre.

3. Wash your hands and apply hand lotion.

4. Rub some cuticle cream onto your nails and cuticles, gently pushing back the cuticles with a cotton bud or cotton-tipped orange stick. Wipe off any excess cream, so the polish holds more effectively.

5. If your nails are weak or brittle, apply a coat of nail strengthener. If you have strong nails, prime with a base coat. This will protect them and make the coloured polish last longer.

6.Once the base coat is dry, apply one or two coats of coloured nail polish.

7. Finally, apply a thin coat of top coat and instant drier and your manicure is ready.

8. If you just want shiny nails, but no colour, apply LUMENE ENDLESS GLOSS Top Coat directly over the base coat. Please give some tips on doing manicure at home.?

I do my owne nails at home. for a good manicure remove polish from nails and wash them. when they are dry start to file them. for my owne i file so that my nails are square not round, this way they dont break as much. after filing them i put on a base coat, which is a hardner, then my main color 2 times, them hardner again. let dry completely before putting on second and third coats. another tip for keeping ur nails long is to learn to pick up things with ur finger tips not ur nails.
